The Martingrove Montessori School is comprised of spacious and bright classrooms with large windows, equipped with authentic Montessori materials, including child sized furniture and activites.

Granny Brenda's Room

A Great Beginning...

student working Granny Brenda's Room is designed specifically for our youngest students, aged 2 years. Granny Brenda spends her time guiding the children to learn new activities while striving to make her young students more independent in all their skills, from zipping their jackets, completing a puzzle, unrolling a placemat to expanding their daily vocabulary.

Her goal is to develop the full potential of each child, using demonstrated Montessori principles and techniques while working at the child's individual pace. Then, once the child is comfortable, they join the older children in one of the two Casa classrooms.

This year, both Granny's young students graduated to the Casa program well before the end of the school year and are thriving.
